Code Switch provides live captions and translation for multilingual meetings. This policy describes what we collect and how it is used.
When a session is running, meeting audio is streamed to our servers and to speech-recognition and translation providers to produce live captions and translations. Audio is processed in real time and is not sold, used for advertising, or used to identify you.
Session transcripts belong to the session host's account and can be deleted at any time. If participants provide an email address, a meeting summary is sent to them in their chosen language.
An account is optional for joining sessions. If you sign in (email magic link, Apple, or Google), we store your email address and name to operate your account and deliver summaries. We do not sell personal information.
Purchases are processed by Stripe or Apple. We never see or store your card details.
No third-party advertising and no cross-app tracking.
Delete transcripts from your account at any time, or email us to delete your account and everything associated with it.
